I have so much squee for this one: Autumn Days That Make You Feel Sad, by starletfallen. A short but sweet JE fix-it story that has everything going for it: beautiful writing, a lovely and poignant take on the Doctor from Donna's point of view, and a twist at the end that's just a little bit ambiguous, but full of hope.
